I just discovered your program thanks to Ira Glass of “This American Life.” I love the porthole you have opened in my mind…. Keep up the good work.

this episode…. strange how it’s about developing brands and expanding markets and how there is a lack of a podcast eh? Thinking of marketing Wiretap on audible.com like ‘This American Life’ so more royalties can be collected? I don’t pay to listen to CBC… the writer cannot have it both ways… be paid by CBC and collect internet subscriber royalties. Having people subscribe to a podcast would broaden listenership… maybe then a new show, separate from CBC, could be developed that listeners would pay for. but the current show should be offered as a podcast, free like other cbc shows.
That being said this episode was not the best but I did smile with quiet joy from the phrase ’schmuck sandwich’. A nice personally stylized passive aggressive term that a parent would use to guilt their child into some compliant behaviour……. it’s a gem.
I would like to hear more from Daniel, the talking loaf of bread, I hope he’s ok and i wonder if Daniel has ever talked with Johnathans mother? If Danel has passed on.. or thru … to another world maybe a nice loaf of Brown or Pumpernickel could take his place.
Daniel if you are out there… can you hear me? Please let me know if you are safe or if you are in jeopardy of being burned and buttered?
