Grabbed a quick swim and hot tub in the pool at John's.

Took showers and packed up.

HEB supermarket for fruit.

Brought Ogden into the Petco for a new leash (and a treat). She nearly knocked a display over. We looked yet again at the car barrier but 70 bucks for a piece of metal seems silly. We're trying to give Ogden more room in the car without her coming up front and jumping on the driver.

Stopped at an elementary school. Ogden went down the slide twice on her own, then drank from the water fountain. We're going to enrole her for kindergarten next year. Schools are excellent places to stop with the dog. Schools are out for the summer, it's public land, and usually they have a space to run around.

Finished listening to A Painted House by John Grisham.

Listened to This Amercian Life # 69 "Dreamhouse".

Found our way to Abilene State Park. It's quite nice, with spacious tent sites, and there's almost no one here. Thank goodness everyone works during the week.
